Yes, in addition to Visa/Mastercard/Amex credit cards, cash payments are also accepted at our offices.
No. For security reasons, the credit card used for payment must match the driver's details for all rental services booked through our reservation channels.
We do not offer the option to pay at the office for reservations made through wincar.com.tr or our mobile site. Guests can check availability for their desired date range and vehicle group via our call center at 0414 313 43 43 (Wincar Otomotiv) or through our offices, and can make office payment reservations through the call center.
Please note that office payment reservations may not be available during peak periods. Early reservation will be more advantageous.
All guests who complete the car rental process through wincar.com.tr or our mobile site will receive confirmation information via email and SMS to the email address and phone number provided during the reservation. Therefore, it is important that guests provide complete and accurate information during the reservation process.
You can submit your reservation cancellation request by entering your reservation number and email address under the Reservation Cancellation Request section located under the Online Reservation heading at the top of the homepage of wincar.com.tr. Additionally, you can cancel your reservation through our call center at 0414 313 43 43 (Wincar Otomotiv). Please note that a deduction will be made from the rental price for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of the rental or if the vehicle is not collected without cancellation. For detailed cancellation rules, please refer to the Wincar car rental agreement.
If you notify us of your cancellation request on the date of booking, the entire amount you paid will be refunded to your card.
For other cancellation requests, our refund procedure is as follows:
- If there is less than 24 hours left before the start time of your rental or if the vehicle is not collected without cancellation, a deduction equivalent to 3 days' rental fee will be made before the refund. If your reservation is for less than 3 days, no refund will be made.
- If there is more than 24 hours left before the start time of your rental, the refund will be made after a deduction from the rental amount.
- If you purchase a security package, free cancellation and refund are available.

For confirmed reservations, changes such as vehicle group changes or adding additional services cannot be made through wincar.com.tr or our mobile website.
Guests who wish to make changes to their reservations should contact our call center at 0414 313 43 43 (Wincar Otomotiv) or the relevant office. For change rules, please refer to the Wincar Otomotiv rental agreement document.
Guests can pick up the vehicles they have chosen at the offices where they made their reservations, with reservation details sent to the respective office in real-time. You just need to go to the office with your reservation details. Don't forget to bring your driving license and credit card (two cards for high-segment vehicles).
When guests come to our office to pick up the vehicles they have chosen, they will sign a rental agreement. To make the agreement valid, you must have your driver's license, ID or valid passport, and a credit card with at least the amount of the deposit. Additionally, your residence address and phone details will be recorded in the agreement. For high-segment vehicles, two credit cards must be presented.
Before leaving the office, be sure to request a copy of your rental agreement from our authorized staff.
All vehicles in our fleet are equipped with HGS. At the end of your rental period, your HGS usage information will be sent to our offices and the toll fee will be charged to your credit card. Since the toll fee collection process is managed by the General Directorate of Highways, it may take longer than usual to process the payment.
If you pass through OGS toll booths with our HGS-equipped vehicles, you will be considered to have made an unpaid passage. The unpaid passage fee (like other traffic violations) will be collected from Wincar Otomotiv by the relevant government institutions. The unpaid passage fee (like other traffic violations) will be charged to the credit card presented during the rental process.
For passages through the Osmangazi Bridge, HGS cannot be used, and payment must be made in cash at the toll booth.
